Cameron has over 28 years’ experience in the civil construction industry and has grown the company into the highly specialised and sought after contractor that it is today. As Managing Director, Cameron leads the success of the company, ensuring it remains innovative and solution focused.

Operations Manager

With over 34 years’ experience in the civil construction industry, Stuart has driven the performance of Goldsmith from Regional Victoria into metro areas and now inter-state, without losing any of the original DNA of the company. As Operations Manager Stuart provides logistical support for projects ensuring the effective allocation of equipment across the group. Stuart also heads Goldsmith’s transport arm and plays an active role in human resource management.

SIBLEY

Project Director

As Project Director, Ben provides clarity and vision for all personnel involved in Goldsmith projects, from initial planning through to project completion. Ben manages both tender proposals and the delivery of contracts. He leads the planning and operational delivery phases ensuring effective performance and achievement of project deliverables. As a qualified civil engineer, Ben provides technical and contractual support to projects ensuring quality, cost and program outcomes are achieved.

Project Director

Chris brings 30 years experience across all facets of civil engineering to his role as Project Director at Goldsmith. He brings a wealth of experience to the Goldsmith team providing strategic direction, insight and business acumen to Goldsmith operations. His primary focus on bid, risk and relationship management ensure the ongoing success of the business.

Project Manager

As Project Manager, Justine enables the delivery of Goldsmith’s construction contracts. She coordinates multiple work groups to safely meet project deadlines and financial targets. A chartered professional engineer, Justine plays an important role mentoring junior Goldsmith engineers to achieve their goals. Her experience delivering varied and challenging civil projects provides solution focused outcomes for our clients.

HSEQ Advisor

As a qualified civil engineer, safety professional and HSEQ Advisor, Paul leads our best practice approach to safety by ensuring that effective training, communication and planning occurs before commencing any new activity on a Goldsmith site. Paul supports the projects ensuring the effective implementation, auditing and ongoing improvement of Goldsmith’s safety, quality and environmental management systems.

Service Manager

Joe has over 35 years’ experience in plant maintenance. As Service Manager, Joe is responsible for the maintenance and repair of Goldsmith plant. An effective communicator and qualified diesel mechanic, Joe leads the workshop team and drives Goldsmith’s success in maintaining a large fleet of plant and equipment.

RAELENE
HODGES

Accountant

As a qualified accountant, Raelene is responsible for all financial aspects of the business including cash flow, accounts receivable and accounts payable.  Raelene works with both head office and project staff ensuring effective financial control across all fields. She also provides reporting and analysis, ensuring the commercial health and performance of all Goldsmith operations.
